Setting up your Cloud account is easy!

When we ship your completed memories back to you, we also send an email detailing how to setup your Cloud account.

All you need to do is click the setup link and create a password! That's it!

If you cannot find the setup email, definitely check your spam folder. Also, be sure your using the same email account you used to place your order.
