I ordered my Legacybox through a third party (Walmart, HSN, QVC), how do I get into my cloud account?Updated 8 months ago

STEP 1: ACTIVATE YOUR ORDER 

Because you purchased your Legacybox from a third party (Walmart, HSN, QVC, etc), we need to add your preferred contact information to your order. We love our third party partners but unfortunately they don't pass through the final purchaser's information to us!

1. Go to https://legacybox.com/pages/activate
2. Enter your order number and activation code 
   1. TIP: You can find you order number and activation code on the last page of your "How to safely prep & send your aging media" guide 
3. Click "Activate Order" 
4. Next you'll be prompted to add your preferred contact information 
   1. NOTE: The address you enter is where we'll send your completed, digitized order. The email address you enter will be used for order updates. 
5. Finally, create a password for your Legacybox Cloud account 
6. You're done! 

STEP 2: LOGIN IN TO LEGACYBOX CLOUD 

1. Go to https://cloud.legacybox.com/account/login
2. Type in the email address you tied to your order
3. Type in the password you set for your Legacybox Cloud account
4. Click "Login"
